The following Terms and Conditions apply to Sarah Nelmes Piano Summer Rock School in 2024 and is made between Sarah Nelmes Piano
( "SNP") and its pupils and the parents / carers of its pupils (“the pupil”). Submission of this form is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
1) All correspondence is sent out to the primary contact person by email and it is appreciated if this email is also the format you use to contact SNP.
2) Submission of the registration form means a place in the programme has been confirmed. However if SNP sells out, registrations will be accessed on a first come, first serve basis (with preference given to existing students of Sarah Nelmes, Laurie Ward or Joshua Williams. Followed by students of Withycombe Primary School ).
3) A minimum of 2 weeks notice will be given in the unlikely event that for an unforeseen reason a programme day has to be cancelled by SNP.
4) It is the responsibility of the parent/caregiver to make SNP aware of any changes to their contact details. GTMA will not be held responsible for any missed communications or missed sessions, etc. if this is due to incorrect contact information.
6) By filling out this form, i agree that i have authority to do so as the caregiver of the student being registered.
1) Programme Fees (per child) : £200 A non-returnable deposit of £25 is to be paid before 30/04/24 to secure a place.
2) If payment has not been made by this date, the student will be removed from the roll and the place will be given to another student .
3) Internet banking is our preferred method. Please use your invoice number and parent name as reference or the payment may be incorrectly attributed.
4) No refund or credit will be given for any cancellations.
5) No refund or credit will be given for any no-shows. This is including 'due to sickness'.
1) I, the caregiver agree to not bring my child to the program if they exhibit symptoms or are exposed to others with symptoms of contagious sicknesses.
2) I, the caregiver, consent to my child receiving emergency medical treatment if I am not contactable, or if the SNP staff believes it is a life-threatening emergency and emergency services are required.
4) All teachers have been cleared to work with children and have full and current DBS status.
5) I, the caregiver by agreeing to these terms, acknowledge that there are unavoidable risks and potential for injury or accident in any activity and that I will follow all instruction by staff while on the programme.
1) SNP may use film or still photographs of students for appropriate promotional purposes. You must inform Sarah Nelmes in writing at anytime if you will not allow the use of such images.
